How to place online order by user

It is simple, free and instant to order food online or order Pizza online. Just follow the few basic steps:

Go to the web site first: either from www.YummyOrder.com, or from any web site utilizing YummyOrder online service, such as from www.PotStickerKing.com and etc.

To order Pizza online or to order food online, do the following: 

Go to the web site: click the “order by menu” button first, or other button such as “view menu to order”

1) Choose your dishes: Click on the menu category you like to order, such as “seafood”, then all the seafood menu will be shown in the moddle of the screen, then place mouse in the “order quantity” part and click, enter the number of same dish you need; You can also place your mouse in the “note” session and click, then you can write a note for the specific dish, for example “make it very spicy please!”, or anything like that. You can then choose other dishes in the same category until you finish the selection. Then click “Save for Submission” button. All of your current selection will be shown on the right hand side of the screen into the “order sheet”, which works like a waitress to write down your order on a piece of paper.  You can go to other food categories anytime and continue to order other dishes. As long as you remember to click button “Save for submission”, your order will be shown  on the “order sheet”. Make sure to check your “order sheet” that you get what you want to order.

2) Shedule your service: click on “shedule your service” button on the top, and choose the service you need: self pick up or delivery by the restaurant. Once you click to choose one of them, then fill in the information needed, and click “Save for Submission” button. Make sure the information is correctly shown on the “order sheet” again.

3) Update and submit order: click “Update and Confirm” button on the top, check all the information about your order again. You can still change the number of dishes you like to order, or delete some of the dishes you have ordered. After you feel everything is ok, then click “Submit” button. You should get the confirmation page. You can print this page out if you like, or you do not have to care about it. You will receive an email instantly with all the information.

If you have registered with the web site: www.YummyOrder.com, then, you can login into your account anytime from any computer from YummyOrder.com website, and see all the order information you have placed so far to all the restaurants you have ordered food from.

If you have not registered with the website, you can still go to the website and check your online ordering history by click “check status” button, and enter your email address.

It is a very simple process, and very straightforward.

How to handle online order by restaurant

The restaurant owner or the floor manager should follow the following basic guidelines when they receive an online order from their fax machine: 

1) The employee who picked up the fax order should sign his or her name immediately on the received fax

2) The employee should call the customer immediately to confirm the total number of items and tell when the food is ready

3) The employee should make a note on the received fax if there is anything special after talking with the customer on the phone.

If the restaurant receives the fax for delivery, but the time of delivery is not in the restaurant’s working hours, the employee should call the customer immediately to notify the customer, and see what the customer wants to do.

If the restaurant receives two duplicate copies of the fax, the employee should call the customer back immidiately to make sure that what the customer wants, in case this is simply a mistake by the customer by submitting the request twice.
